Cancellation Policy
You will be allowed 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Any âday ofâ cancellations or no-shows will be charged 25% of the booked service total. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your rescheduled time it will be considered a no show. 3 cancellations in a row will result in an online booking ban. I have these policies in place to make sure that everything is running smoothly and on time. By booking, you are agreeing to these terms.
